RESOLUTION NO 545
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
NEGOTIATE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH
CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR CERTAIN
PROPERTIES TO BE USED FOR PARK PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the South Central School District has indicated
certain properties may be surplus, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has need for additional park
facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, does resolve as follows:
The Mayor is authorized to negotiate a lease agreement
with South Central. School District for the two parcels of property
commonly referred to as:
1. Duwamish School Site
2. Land South of Central School Site
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASH-
INGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this 19th day of July 1976
