RESOLUTION NO 548
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE A JOINT
DISPATCH SERVICE FOR THE POLICE AND FIRE
DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 535 authorized the Mayor to
negotiate an Interlocal Agreement with the Cities of Auburn, Renton
and Kent to provide for dispatching of emergency services;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, does resolve as follows:
The Mayor is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with the Cities of Auburn, Renton and
Kent that is identical to or essentially the same
as the one attached herein as a reference.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this 16th day of August 1976.
