HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 0549 - Easement for Installation of Service Line (P-17 Pump Station Site)RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: CITY OF WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO 549 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT WITH PACIFIC NORTHWEST BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY, A WASHINGTON CORPORATION, FOR INSTALLATION OF A SERVICE LINE TO THE NEW P -17 PUMP STATION SITE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DOES The Mayor is authorized to execute an easement with Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company, a Washing- ton Corporation, for installation of a service line to the new P -17 Pump Station site. The easement is through a portion of the City Shop site at 600 Minkler Boulevard, per legal description on attached document. The rights, conditions and provisions of this easement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
