RESOLUTION NO 549
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
EASEMENT WITH PACIFIC NORTHWEST BELL TELEPHONE
COMPANY, A WASHINGTON CORPORATION, FOR INSTALLATION
OF A SERVICE LINE TO THE NEW P -17 PUMP STATION SITE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DOES
The Mayor is authorized to execute an easement with
Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company, a Washing-
ton Corporation, for installation of a service line
to the new P -17 Pump Station site. The easement is
through a portion of the City Shop site at 600 Minkler
Boulevard, per legal description on attached document.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 16th day of August 1976.

For good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby grants a
perpetual easement to Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone Company, a Washington Corporation, its successors and
assigns, with the right to, place constryct, operate and maintain, inspect, reconstruct, repair, replace and keep clear

with wires, cables, fixtures and appurtenances attached thereto, as the grantee

east 229.44 feet; thence south 01 47' 28" west 412.83 feet; thence south
88 12' 32" east 356 feet to westerly margin of said road; thence along said

Grantee shall at all times have the right of full and free ingress to and egress from said property for all purposes herein
mentioned, and to remove at any tirne, any or all of the Buried Communication Lines
and /or wires, cables, fixtures and appurtenances from the said property, with the understanding that grantee shall be
responsible for all damage caused to grantor by the exercise of the rights and privileges herein granted.
The rights, conditions and provisions of this easement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
