WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 554
RESOLUTION SETTING AN ELECTION TO BE HELD
NOVEMBER 2, 1976, SUBMITTING TO THE VOTERS OF
TUKWILA A PROPOSAL FOR THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL
OBLIGATION BONDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$1,850,000.00, THE PROCEEDS OF WHICH SHALL BE
USED TO ACQUIRE THE FOSTER GOLF COURSE PROPERTY
FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA RESOLVE AS
PROPOSITION
That an election be held November 2, 1976, submitting to the
voters of Tukwila a ballot title in substantially the following form:
"Shall the City of Tukwila incur a general indebtedness
and issue and sell not to exceed $1,850,000.00 of general
obligation bonds to pay a part of the cost of acquiring
certain real properties known as 'The Foster Golf Course'
for recreational purposes, such bonds to be paid by the
annual tax levy to be made without limitation as to
rate or amount and to mature in two and not to exceed
twenty years from date of issue as provided more
fully in Ordinance No. 9'7 passed 7 1976.

AT A REGULAR MEETING THEREOF THIS 7th day of September 1976.
