RESOLUTION NO. 559
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 530,
ADOPTED THE 19th DAY OF APRIL 1976 PERTAINING
TO ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR
PARK PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, investigation has shown that four parcels of
property located. in W.P. Bush 1/4 Acre Tracts to Tukwila and one
parcel located in Seattle Land Company's five acre Tracts are not
available for purchase without the process of condemnation, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City is no
longer interested in pursuing this proposal;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the authority granted to the Mayor by Resolution
No. 530 is hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 18th day of October 1976.
