RESOLUTION NO 578
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA SETTING THE TIME AND DATE TO CONSIDER
THEPETITION FOR A STREET VACATION.
WHEREAS, the owners of real property abutting a portion of
City of Tukwila street right -of -way have petitioned the City Council
to consider vacation of this right -of -way and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 35.79.010, the Tukwila City
Council desires to set the time and date for a Public Hearing on this
request.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Tukwila City Council will consider the
vacation of a portion of South 168th Street, 60' X 192', located
East of 53rd Avenue South.
Section 2: The Tukwila City Council will hold a Public
Hearing on the request for vacation of right -of -way at the Committee
of the Whole Meeting of April 25, 1977, at 7:00 p.m.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 4th day of April 1977.
