RESOLUTION NO. 580
A RESOLUTION OF THE TUKWILA CITY COUNCIL DESIG-
NATING THE USE OF CERTAIN UNALLOCATED FUNDS MADE
AVAILABLE FROM THE POPULATION MONIES OF THE HOUSING
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, extra monies have become available to the
City under the Housing and Community Development Block Grant
Program, and;
WHEREAS, these monies must be allocated to a certain
program prior to expending, and;
WHEREAS, the City has approved by Resolution 557 a
one year program and a 3 year plan on allocation of monies, one
of which is "Walkway Improvements
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Tukwila as follows:
Section 1. The Tukwila City Council, pursuant to the
three year plan and one year program, designates the unallocated
city population funds of $1,569.00 to be used on the "Walkway
Improvements" work program.
