Zepp Bridge Handrail Color (South 180th Street Bridge)CITY OF WHEREAS, during the year 1970, the City of Tukwila completed the construction of a bridge over the Green River at South 180th Street; and WHEREAS, upon completion of the bridge, Frank W. Zepp, City Supervisor, felt that this bridge was the "gateway" to the Southcenter and Andover Areas of the City and an appropriate color would be "Inter- national Orange and WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 621, dated the 1st day of June, 1970, the Tukwila City Council named this bridge the FRANK W. ZEPP BRIDGE in appreciation of the man's dedicated and valuable services to the City; and WHEREAS, in memory of Frank W. Zepp,for his 17 years of faithful and devoted service to the City, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON: That we, the Tukwila City Council, hereby direct that the color of the handrails on the FRANK W. ZEPP BRIDGE be forever "International Orange." PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL on July 5, 1977 AKproved as to Form: City Attorney WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 590 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THAT THE COLOR OF THE HANDRAILS ON THE FRANK W. ZEPP BRIDGE BE FOREVER INTERNATIONAL ORANGE. Mayor
