WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 594
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
AND THE CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE ALL STEPS NECESSARY
TO ABATE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
WHEREAS, the building located at 14424 56th Avenue South
has been declared a public nuisance and a dangerous building, and
WHEREAS, all required public hearings and appeals have been
held in accordance with Section 16.30 of the Tukwila Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, does resolve as follows:
The Building Official and the City Attorney are hereby
directed to take all steps necessary, including instituting
legal proceedings if required, to abate the public
nuisance located at 14424 56th Avenue South. Abatement
proceedings to start July 11, 1977, in accordance with
Chapter 16.30.140 of the Tukwila Municipal Code.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AT A REGULAR MEETING THEREOF THIS 5th day of July 1977.
