RESOLUTION NO. 603
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE MITHUN ASSOCIATES,
ARCHITECTS, TO PROVIDE INTERIOR DESIGN AND SPACE PLANNING
SERVICES FOR CITY HALL.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have the interior design
and space planning for city hall provided by a consultant, and
WHEREAS, the City already has a Standard Architect's Agreement
executed with The Mithun Associates;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
the Mithun Associates, Architects, to provide interior
design and space planning services for City Hall.
These services are not to exceed the amount of $15,000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof, this 19th day of September 1977.
