City The Cit Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as follows: Section 1: That the Comprehensive Drainage Plan prepared by Hill and Ingman, marked Exhibit A and attached hereto, is incorporated hereby by reference. on file. Section 2: That Exhibit A is hereby declared to be and adopted as the Comprehensive Drainage Plan for the area outlined in red on Exhibit A and the pipe sizes are as shown in green on Exhibit A. Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage and publication as required by law.
