RESOLUTION NO. 619
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 529.
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the City Attorney, the three member
standing committees of the Tukwila City Council are not subject to
the requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act of 1971, and
WHEREAS, the date, time, and place for the Tukwila Council Committees
to meet are scheduled by City Council Motion No. ;1g- 03,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Resolution No. 529, adopted April 19, 1976, is hereby
repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 6th day of March 1978
