RESOLUTION NO 624
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
ESTAI3LISHING PETTY CASH AND CHANGE FUNDS.
WHEREAS, demands of everyday business transactions require the
availability of cash in various city offices; and
WHEREAS, proper accounting procedures require the establishment
of change funds and petty cash funds;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following change funds be created:
City Clerk
Finance Department (Utility)
Municipal Court
Public Works
ATTEST:

These funds are restricted to making change only.
2. That a petty cash fund be created as follows:
Finance Department $100.00
This fund should be used for petty cash reimbursements only.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof, this 3rd day of April 1978.
