ORDINANCE NO. 499 9°1 0
AN ORDINANCE adopted pursuant to RCW 35.77.010 adopting a
comprehensive street program for the City of Tukwila for the
ensuing two years.
WHEREAS the City of Tukwila had previously adopted a
comprehensive street program by Ordinance No. 347, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Tukwila has
reviewed the street construction accomplished to date under
the existing comprehensive street program, and determined
current and future street needs for the City of Tukwila, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Tukwila has now
revised and extended the comprehensive street program for the
ensuing two years, and
WHEREAS a public hearing was held on said revisions and
extensions on November 6, 1967 at the City Hall of the City of
Tukwila, NOW THEREFORE
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as follows:
Section 1: The maps and lists attached hereto, marked as Exhibit
"A and hereby incorporated by reference, are hereby adopted as
the comprehensive street program for the City of Tukwila for the
ensuing two years.
Section 2: In accordance with the provisions of RCW 35.77.010,
a copy of this ordinance, and attachments shall be filed by the
City Clerk with the Director`of Highways of the State of Washington
within thirty (30) days of the date of the adoption of this. ordinance.
