A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE AN INTERTIE AGREEMENT WITH
WATER DISTRICT #75 FOR A CONNECTION AT SOUTH 180TH STREET
AND ANDOVER PARK WEST.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has received Referendum 27 Funds to
install an intertie with plater District #75, and
WHEREAS, an intertie will be advantageous to both parties in case
of emergency and other unforeseen uses.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to negotiate and execute an
1ntertie Agreement with Water District #75 for a connection
at South 180th Street and Andover Park West.
Said Agreement is to include a wholesale rate of not more
than $.22 per 100 cubic feet.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, 'WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this day of 1978.
