RESOLUTION NO. 648 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE PETITION WILL BE HEARD
ON THE VACATION OF A STREET.
WHEREAS, Mr. Arthur D. Watkins has petitioned the City for
the vacation of a portion of street at approximately South 149th Street
and Macadam Road, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with R.C.W. 35.79.010, the legislative
authority by resolution shall fix a time when the petition will be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Tukwila City Council hereby sets the day of
C 6 e r 1978, to hear the petition on the vacation of a portion
of street located at approximately South 149th and Macadam Road requested
by Mr. Arthur D. Watkins.
Petition for Vacation of Streets and map attached for
reference.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this day of 5 e pte-w 6e- r_, 1978.
Come now the undersigned petitioners and, pursuant to RCW Chapter 35.79,
respectfully show:

The undersigned petitioners request that the following described portion
of old 53rd Ave. South in the City of Tukwila be vacated pursuant to RCW
Chapter 35.79: (describe portion). That portion At approximately
So. 149th Street and Macadam Road that abutts lot 1 2397 (red outline) on attached
drawing. (portion of old 53rd So. in blue)

Each of the undersigned petitioners is the owner of an interest in real
estate abutting on the above described portion.

The undersigned petitioners have submitted the required $150 fee for the above
T described street vacation request pursuant to Ordinance #1006 of the City of
Tukwila.
IV
The names and addresses of the owners of property abutting on said portion
are as follows:

The undersigned petitioners constitute more than two- thirds of the owners
of said abutting property.
WHEREFORE, peitioners pray that proceedings be had hereon for the vacation
of said portion of said old 53rd Ave. South in the manner prescribed by
RCW Chapter 35.79.
