RESOLUTION NO. 649 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR DATA PROCESSING CONSULTING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the Tukwila City Council has determined a need for
consulting services on data processing needs, and
WHEREAS, the study committee has selected Niemi, Holland, and
Scott as the consulting firm.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to negotiate and
execute a contract with the consulting firm of Niemi, Holland,
and Scott for a data processing needs study.
Section 2. The total cost of the study is not to exceed
$9,240.`
Section 3. A periodic review of the study is required with
Council approval before proceeding with the next step.
