A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 631 AND ESTABLISHING
PETTY CASH AND CHANGE FUNDS.
WHEREAS, The City Council has previously established Change Funds and
a Petty Cash Fund by Resolution No. 631 and;
WHEREAS, there is a need to delete the City Clerk Change fund ($20) and
the Public Works Change fund ($50) due to the implementation of a
centralized cashiering function.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the currently allowed change funds are as follows:
Finance Department 75.00
Municipal Court 25.00
Parks Recreation 30.00
These funds are restricted to making change only.
Section 2. That a petty cash fund be created as follows:
Finance Department $150.00
This fund should be used for petty cash reimbursements only.
Section 3. Resolution No. 631 is hereby repealed.
