RESOLUTION NO. 671 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
SETTING FORTH PRIORITIES OF THE 1979 BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, Resolution #657 states the funding levels of the 1979
program year; and
WHEREAS, $4,848 remains of unprogramed monies from past years.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The unallocated $4,848 which by Resolution #604 was
allocated to a housing repair program is hereby redesignated to be spent on
the following authorized projects:
1. Block Grant Trails (CD- 510 -77) $2,814.48
2. Interurban Avenue Acq. (CD- 511 -77) $2,033.52
$4,848.00
Section 2. The priorities of Resolution #,657 are changed as follows:
1. Underground Assistance
2. Interurban Avenue Acquisition Program
3. Block Grant Trails.
Section 3. The Mayor is authorized to execute the necessary
documents to accomplish the above.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this
