RESOLUTION NO. 674
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, FIXING
THE TIME WHEN THE PETITION WILL BE HEARD ON THE VACATION
OF A STREET.
WHEREAS, Mr. LeRoy A. Bowen has petitioned the City for the
vacation of a portion of Southcenter Boulevard, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with R.C.I�!. 35.79.010, the legislative
authority by resolution shall fix a time when the petition will be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Tukwila City Council hereby sets the 2nd day of
April 1979, to hear the petition on the vacation of a portion
of Southcenter Boulevard requested by Mr. Leroy A. Bowen.
Petition for Vacation of Streets and map attached for reference.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this

Come now the undersigned petitioners and, ;pursuant to RCh Chapter 35.79,
respectfully show:

The undersigned petitioners request that the following described portion
of Southcenter Boulevard in the City of Tukwila be vacated pursuant to RCW
Chapter 35.79: (describe portion).
A strip of land 160 feet by 20 feet north of Southcenter Blvd
east of 52nd So.

Each of the undersigned petitioners is the owner of an interest in real
estate abutting on the above described portion.

The undersigned petitioners have submitted the required $150 fee forthe above
described street vacation request pursuant to Ordinance #1006 of the City of
Tukwila.

The names and addresses of the owners of property abutting on said portion
are as follows:

The undersigned petitioners constitute more than twee- thirds cf the owners
of said abutting property.
WHEREFORE, peitioners pray that proceedings be had hereon for the vacation
of said portion of said Southcenter Blvd in the manner prescribed by
RCK Chapter 35.79.
