G. Deposit. Upon signing this Agreement, the Owners shall pay a $600 deposit to Town & Country Post Frame Buildings. The deposit shall be fully refunded in the events that (I) Town & Country Post Frame Buildings does not accept and sign the Agreement in the space provided in Section "K," below, or (2) in the case of a credit sale, upon completion of the project, final inspection and approval, and final payment to Town & Country Post Frame Buildings, or (3) upon mutual Agreement of the parties. This Agreement is not binding on Town & Country Post Frame Buildings until Town & Country Post Frame Buildings receives and approves this Agreement signed by the Owner, and a corporate officer of Town & Country Post Frame Buildings then signs this Agreement in the space provided below.
