RESOLUTION NO. 681 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER
I NTO A RELI'- NQUISHMENT AGREEME 'ldT (L -4946)
WITH THE STATE OF ;WASHINGTON, ;WASHINGTON
STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, IN
REFERENCE TO RELINQUISHM211T OF CERTAIN
RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila is desirous of acquiring
certain rights -of -way within the City limits of the City of
Tukwila, and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Department of Transportation
is willing to transfer said rights -of -way to the City o f Tukwila,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
?7ashington, resolves as follows:
That the .Mayor of the City of Tukwila be and is hereby
authorized to enter into an agreement with the Washington State
Department of Transportation as contained within Relinquishment
Agreement L -4946, all in accordance with the laws of the State of
Washington and the City of Tukwila.
A copy of said Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
