RESOLUTION NO. 688
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, ACCEPTING
A DEED AND BILL OF SALE FOR ROADWAYS AND UTILITIES ON THE
SOUTHCENTER CORPORATE SQUARE PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, Westcoast Freeholds, a California Partnership, pursuant
to the requirements of Binding Site Improvement Plan recorded February 3,
1978, has completed construction of two cul -de -sac streets and installation
of utilities on the property known as Southcenter Corporate Square, and
WHEREAS, Inspection indicates that the streets and utilities have
been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by
the Public Works Department, and
WHEREAS, Jon R. Stack, P.E., Harstad Associates, Inc., in a
letter dated August 4, 1978, has recommended that this project be accepted
by the City of Tukwila.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Tukwila City Council hereby accepts the dedication of the
streets located within Southcenter Corporate Square.
And further accepts the Bill of Sale for all water Tines, sanitary
sewer lines and storm drainage lines located within the street
right -of -way.
Roadways and utilities are located on the real property described
in Exhibit A attached hereto.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at
a regular meeting thereof this 1979.
CORPORATE DRIVE
All that certain real property situate in the City of Tukwila, County of King,
State of Washington, being a portion of the east 112 of the northwest 1/4 of
the southeast 1/4 of Sec. 26, T.23N., ME., W.M., and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly margin of Andover Park West (59th Avenue
South) which point bears N88 0 05'42 "W 1369.34 feet along the northerly line of
said southeast 1/4, and SO1 °47'29 "W 973.30 feet along said westerly margin of
Andover Park West; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING leaving said westerly
margin, tangent to the preceding course, along the arc of a curve to the right
having a radius of 50.00 feet and a central angle of 90 °06'49 an arc length
of 78.64 feet to a point on a line that is parallel to and 1023.40 feet souther-
ly of the northerly line of said southeast 1/4; thence along said parallel
line N88 °05'42 "W 326.76 feet; thence leaving last said parallel line tangent to
the preceding course along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of
15.00 feet and a central angle of 54 °45'56 an arc distance of 14.34 feet to
a point of reverse curvature; thence tangent to the preceding curve along the
arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 50.00 feet and a central angle
of 289 °31'52 an arc distance of 252.66 feet to a point of reverse curvature;
thence tangent to the preceeding curve along the arc of a curve to the right
having a radius of 15.00 feet and a central angle of 54 0 45'56 an arc length
of 14.34 feet to a line that is parallel to and 1066.40 feet southerly of the
northerly line of said southeast 1/4; thence along said parallel line S88 0 05'42 "E
327.05 fleet; thence leaving said parallel line, tangent to the preceeding
course, along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 50.00 feet and
a.central angle of 89 0 53'11 an arc length of 78.44 feet to a point on the
westerly margin of Andover Park West; thence along said westerly margin
N01 0 47'29 "E 145.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 0.600 acres
of land more or less.
