A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY Of TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE PETI'T'ION WILL BE HEARD
ON THE VACATION OF A STREET.
WHEREAS, three property owners abutting a portion of Macadam
Road have petitioned the City for the vacation of this section of right
of -way, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with R.C.W. 35.79.010, the legislative
authority by resolution shall fix a time when the petition will be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASIHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Tukwila City Council hereby sets the 27th day of
August 1979, to hear the petition on the vacation of a
portion of Macadam Road as requested by P L Company, James S. and
Helen D. Huntington, and King County Housing Authority.
Petition for Vacation of Streets and map attached for reference.
