RESOLUTION NO. 696 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A TEMPORARY TRANSFER
BETWEEN THE L.I. GUARANTEE FUND AND L.I.D. 18.
WHEREAS, LID 18 is in need of temporary funds until the
January 1980 assessments are paid; and
WHEREAS, the L.I. Guarantee Fund has funds available for
this purpose:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, does resolve as follows:
Section 1. A temporary transfer is authorized as follows:
From: Account 602/581.10 $14,000
Loans Advanced (701 Fund)
To: Account 701/381.10 (L.I.D. 18) $14,000
Loans Payable (602 Fund)
Section 2. That the above loan be repaid after receipt of
the January 1980 assessment payments at the rate of 7.00% per annum from
the date of this resolution.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TU WILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 1979.
