RESOLUTION NO. 699
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THE LABOR
CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR 1979 -80 NEGOTIATED BETWEEN
THE CITY OF TUKWILA AND THE UNITED STEELWORKERS
OF AMERICAN LOCAL 911 REPRESENTING THE TUKWILA
POLICE OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the terms of the 1979 -80 labor agreement, a copy of
which is attached, between the City of Tukwila and the United
Steelworkers Union Local 911 representing the Tukwila Police Officers'
Association are hereby approved and adopted.
That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 1979.
