A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1429, ADDING
THE POSITION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOP-
MENT DIRECTOR TO THE NON REPRESENTED
EMPLOYEES' COMPENSATION PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Tukwila City Council has adopted the non represented
employees' compensation plan; and
WHEREAS, the Tukwila City Council has approved the position description and
the Decision Band Method placement on the salary schedule for the Economic
Development Director position;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following amendment is hereby adopted for the non represented
employees' compensation plan, effective August 6, 2001 (the original plan was dated
January 1, 2000):
The Non represented Salary Schedule, Attachment "A as amended, which shows the
addition of the Economic Development Director and Decision Band Method placement.
The monthly salary schedule shall remain the same.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a Regular Meeting thereof this day of 2001.
