HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 0706 - Public Hearing for Street Vacation of 44th Place South AGENDA ACTION OF TUKWILA; WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 706 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE PETITION WILL BE HEARD ON THE VACATION OF A STREET. WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, Normed, Inc. and Litho Development and Research have petitioned the City for street vacation of that portion of 44th Place South between Highway 599 and So. 134th Street, and WHEREAS, in accordance with RCM 35.79.010, the legislative authority by resolution shall fix a time when the petition will be heard. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, The Tukwila City Council hereby sets the 11th day of February 1980 to hear the petition on the vacation of 44th Place South between Highway 599 and South 134th Street as requested by the above named petitioners. y Attorney Petition for Vacation of Streets and map attached for reference. The undersigned petitioners hereby request the vacation of the following described portion of right -of -way located in the City of Tukwila. A forty (40) foot wide street lying between Blocks 3 and 4 in the plat of Riverton, replat of Lots 1 to 5, Fostoria Garden Tracts, as per plat recorded in Volume 13 of plats on page 40, records of King County, formerly identified as Ruth Street, except any portions thereof taken by primary State Highway Number 1, Foster Interchange to South 118th Street.
