EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit Is Issued within 180 days following the dale of application shall expire by limitations. Accumulation of combustible waste material is prohibited during the demolition phase of this project. Remove and properly dispose of all waste material prior to the close of the working day and as often throughout the day as needed. Every building shall be accessible to Fire Department apparatus by way of access roadways with all- weather driving surface of not less than 20' wide and 13'6" vertical clearance. Access roads in excess of 150' shall be provided with an approved turn - around area. Access shall be within 150' of all portions of the buildings. (UFC 10.203,204 as amended) 2. Maintain fire extinguisher coverage throughout. The total number of fire extinguishers required for your establishment is calculated at one extinguisher for each 3000 sq, ft. of area. The extinguisher(s) should be of the "All Purpose" (2A, 10B:C) dry chemical type. Travel distance to any fire extinguisher must be 75' or less. (NFPA 10, 3 -1.1) 3.
