AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY
ORDINANCE NO. 1694, ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 22, 1994,
WHICH PROVIDED THE AUTHORIZING OF INTERFUND
LOANS PENDING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR THE EAST
MARGINAL/DUWAMISH CORRIDOR AND RYAN HILL AREA
WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City planned the temporary use of City funds for the anticipated water system
improvements in the East Marginal /Duwamish corridor and Ryan Hill areas; and
WHEREAS, the project was delayed until 1995 and Bond Proceeds will be used to finance the
project; and
WHEREAS, the temporary funding is no longer required;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repealer. Ordinance No. 1694, adopted on February 22, 1994, is hereby repealed in
its entirety.
Section 2. Severability. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance should be
held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or
unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence,
clause or phrase of this ordinance.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance or a summary thereof shall be published in the
official newspaper of the City, and shall take effect and be in full force five (5) days after passage
and publication as provided by law.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY ORDINANCE NO.
1694, ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 22, 1994, WHICH PROVIDED FOR
THE AUTHORIZATION OF INTERFUND LOANS PENDING THE
ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR THE EAST MARGINAL/DUWAMISH
CORRIDOR AND RYAN HILL AREA WATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING $4,000,000 IN WATER AND
SEWER REVENUE BONDS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
On June 5, 1995, the City Council of the City of Tukwila passed Ordinance No. 1736,
repealing Ordinance No. 1694, which authorized the temporary use of City funds for
anticipated water system improvements in the East Marginal /Duwamish corridor and Ryan
Hill areas; providing for severability and establishing an effective date.
The full text of this ordinance will be mailed without charge to anyone who submits a
written request to the City Clerk of the City of Tukwila for a copy of the text.
