ORDINANCE NO. 467
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN INTERDEPARTMENTAL LOAN BETWEEN
THE WATER UTILITY AND THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 190 of the City of
Tukwila it was determined that the Water Department required
the sum of $3,600 as an emergency expenditure to provide adequate
water service to a portion of the City of Tukwila, now, therefore,
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as
follows:
That the sum of $3,600 is hereby loaned from the
capital outlay to the Water Department on the following terms
and conditions:
1. The Water Department shall repay said monies as
follows:
a. Any surplus received in 1967 in the Water
Department shall go to reimburse the capital outlay fund.
b. For the years 1968 and 1969 equal sums of
money shall be appropriated to repay the balance of said loan.
2. The Water Department shall maintain such rates as
will enable them to meet this repayment schedule as well as any
outstanding bonds.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila this
7th day of November, 1966.
