WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission and the City Council have both held public hearings pursuant to City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 251 as amended, to consider a change in the Tukwila Comprehensive Land Use Plan and for rezoning certain property from R -3,tp R.M.H. and both bodies have recommended that said change be made. The City Council of the City of Tukwila does ordain as follows: SECTION 1: The Tukwila Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Lots 1,•2,3,4,5,6 in Block Stella A. Tyler's First Addition to Sterling, volume 15 of Plat's page 8, except that portion condemed in King County Super- ior Court, Cause No. 596231, for Primary State Highway No. 1. That portion of Seattle Land Companies 5 -acre tract as per plat as recorded in volume 6 of Plat's page 90, Records of King County, lying westerly of Mac Adam County Road., except that portion condemed in King County Superior Court, Cause No. 596231, for Primary State Highway No. 1. is hereby modified and changed as shown on the attached map from R -3 to R.M.H. SECTION 2: The property described in Section 1 is hereby rezoned from an R -3 us district to an R.M.H. use district. SECTION 3: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file this Ordinance and raap with the King County Auditor as required by law. j iek g AA 1 1 PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila, this 17th day of October, 1966.
