Home My WebLink AboutOrd 0465 - Rezone Valley View Tracts to RMHmi -SG follows: 60971_95 WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 465 CITY OF TUKWILA AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Tukwila Comprehensive Plan, amending City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 251, and rezoning property from C-1 to R.M.H. WHEREAS the City Planning Commission and the City Council have both held public hearings pursuant to City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 251 as amended, to consider a change in the Tukwila Comprehensive Land Use Plan and for rezoning certain property, from C -1 to R.M.H. and both bodies have recommended that said changes be made. The City Council of the City of Tukwila does ordain as SECTION 1: The Tukwila Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Beginning at a point on the South line, Section 23, Township 23 North, Range 4 E.W.M., which is distant 1836.78 feet from the Southeast corner of said section, thence North 1501.5 feet to the true point of beginning, thence East 350 feet, thence South 486.8 feet more or less to Northerly line of County Road #622, thence Westerly along said Northerly line of said County Road to a point south of the true beginning; being known as the West 50 feet of Tract 7, and all of Tracts 8 and 9, Valley View Tracts, according to the unrecorded plat thereof and lying within Tract 15, Interurban Addition to Seattle, according to plats thereof, recorded in volume of plats, page 55, records of said county and Gilliam Donation Land Claims except that portion thereof heretofore conveyed to King County by deed recorded under Auditor's file No. 2685205, records of said county for road is hereby modified and changed as shown on the attached map from C -1 to R.M.H. SECTION 2: The property described in Section 1 is hereby rezoned from an C -1 use district to R.M.H. use district. ATTEST: 176-a -ate Cle ,Mayor SECTION 3: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file this Ordinance and map with the King County Auditor as required by law.
