ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF TUIWWILA
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1994, AND CREATING THE "INSURANCE
FUND" NUMBER 502 TO ACCOUNT FOR THE CITY'S SELF
INSURED MEDICAL PLAN.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1994, AND CREATING THE "INSURANCE
FUND" NUMBER 502 TO ACCOUNT FOR THE CITY'S SELF
INSURED MEDICAL PLAN.
Whereas, the preliminary budget of the City of Tukwila for the year was timely submitted to
the City Council, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the proposed budget was advertised and held on November
22, 1993, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the hearing, certain changes were made in the proposed budget, and
WHEREAS, the City's self- insurance medical program will now be accounted for in a new
fund, the Insurance Fund No. 502,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The budget on file with the City Clerk entitled "City of Tukwila Budget, 1994"
is hereby adopted by reference as though fully set forth herein, in accordance with RCW
35A.33.075.
Section 2. The totals of the estimated revenues and appropriations for each separate fund
and the aggregate totals are as follows:

Section 3. A complete copy of the final budget for 1994, as adopted, together with a copy of
the adopting ordinance shall be transmitted by the City Clerk to the Division of Municipal
Corporations of the Office of the State Auditor and to the Association of Washington Cities.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published in the official newspaper of the City, and shall
take effect and be in full force five days after the date of publication.
