REPEALED BY 1714
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 341, 376, and 405 AND PROVIDING FCl AN INCREASE IN
SEWER CHARGES.
WHEREAS the City Cf Tukwila by Ordinance No. 461 an agreement was adopted and
executed for sewage disposal with the Municipality Of Metropolitan Seattle.
TEE CITY COUNCIL CND THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN Aq FOLLOWS:
ORDINANCES 341, 376, and 405, are hereby amended by adding the following section.
SECTION 11: In addition to those charges set forth in Secti'm 3 there shall_
be charged each month those charges as set fort, and defined
in section 5 of the Tukwila —Metro agreement as adopted by
Ordinance 461.
