City of Tukwila, Washington as follows:
Section 1. The City of Tukwila shall enter into a
contract with the Municipality of Metropolitan Seattle sub-
stantially in the form presently on file with the City Clerk,
marked Exhibit A to this ordinance and by this reference made
a part hereof.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said contract on behalf
of the City of Tukwila in six counterparts to be effective
upon its execution by the Municipality of Metropolitan Seattle.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and its publication in the manner provided by law.
PASSED by the City of Tukwila, Washington at a regular
meeting thereof and approved by its Mayor this 6th day of
September, 1966.
