AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1490,
TUKWILA MUNICIPAL CODE 5.56.040 (c) AND (f), INCREASING
THE LICENSE FEE AND RENEWAL FEE FOR ADULT
ENTERTAINMENT MANAGER'S LICENSE AND ENTER-
TAINER'S LICENSE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, license and permit fees have been reviewed for City provided services, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila desires to have license fees commensurate with the cost of
providing services;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 1490 and TMC Sections 5.56.040 (c) and (f) Manager's licenses
and entertainer's licenses Fees Terms Assignments Renewals is hereby amended as follows:
(c) The license fee for a manager's license or entertainer's license is seventy -five dollars.
The license fee for each such license is payable for a full year only and is not refundable.
(f) In order to obtain renewal of a current manager's license or entertainer's license for the
next year, a license holder must file an application for renewal with the clerk prior to expiration of the
current license. The renewal fee for each year is seventy -five dollars.
Section 2. Severability. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance should be held
to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or
unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause
or phrase of this ordinance.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance or a summary thereof shall be published in the official
newspaper of the City, and shall take effect January 1, 1993.

On /'Y"= 9 Z- the City Council of the City of Tukwila passed Ordinance
No. /6 1 increasing the annual license fee and renewal fee for Adult Entertainment
Manager's and Entertainer's licenses to $75.00, providing for severability, and establishing an
effective date.
The full text of this ordinance will be mailed without charge to anyone who submits a
written request to the City Clerk of the City of Tukwila for a copy of the text.
