HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 1554 - Authority to Contract or Purchase Goods and Services (Repealed by Ord 1817) ILA 1906' CITY OF TUKWI WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. /5SS/ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL O T HE CITY OF J TRANSFERS I �WITHIN Sffi TH G E ON ANNUAL BUDGET,, PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT OR PURCHASE GOODS AND SERVICES AND RELATING TO PURCHASE OF UNBUDGETED FIXED ASSET ITEMS, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE 1319, SECTION 4. WHEREAS, the City Council has deemed that requiring three affirmative votes of the respective Council Committees for the purchase of unbudgeted fixed asset items between $100 and $500 is no longer required, and WHEREAS, the Mayor concurs with this recommendation. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1319 is hereby amended as follows: Section 4. Capital equipment is defined as costing at least $500 and having a useful life of at least two years.
