ORDINANCE NO. 998
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1975 EDITION OF THE
STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR MUNICIPAL PUBLIC
WORKS CONSTRUCTION AS THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA; REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 643 AND TMC
CHAPTER 13.12 AND FURTHER REPEALING SECTION 14,
ORDINANCE NO. 342 AND TMC 14.12.160.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, as follows:
Section 1. That the "Standard Specifications for Municipal
Public Works Construction" prepared by the Washington State Chapter
of American Public Works Association, published in 1975, is hereby
adopted as the Code of the City of Tukwila, Washington, for regulating
the construction and maintenance of public works, including streets,
sewers, buildings, bridges, structures and other public works.
Section 2. That not less than three (3) copies of said
Standard Specifications have been and shall hereafter remain on file
for use in examination by the public in the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Tukwila, Washington.
Section 3. That any ordinance or ordinances of the City of
Tukwila in conflict with any of the provisions of said Standard
Specifications are hereby repealed.
