ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM NON- DEPARTMENTAL /MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES TO
CITY ATTORNEY TO COVER INCREASED COSTS AND AMENDING
BUDGET ORDINANCE NO. 957.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has adopted by reference
certain sections of Title 9A RCW which reclassifies and redefines
criminal offenses in the State of Washington, and
WHEREAS, this chanae in legislation has caused an increase
in legal services to the City, and
WHEREAS, there is an excess of funds in account 009/519.90.42
(Non Departmental /Miscellaneous Services);
The 1976 Annual Budget of the City of Tukwila as
adopted by Ordinance No. 957 is amended to include
transfers of appropriations between the following
accounts:

TRANSFER TO ACCOUNT:
