ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, REVISING
SECTION 8.07.030, OF THE TUKWILA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO INHALING TOXIC FUMES, TO RENUMBER THE CRIMINAL PROVISIONS
THEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington finds that
revision of Section 8.07.030 of the Tukwila Municipal Code is necessary to
correct an error in the references to the statutes of the State of Washington
which are adopted by reference in said Chapter 8.07.030; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that such revision will be in the
interests of the public health, safety and welfare, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 8.07.030 Revised. Section 8.07.030 of the Tukwila
Municipal Code entitled "Inhaling Toxic Fumes" is hereby amended to read as
follows:
8.07.030 Inhalinq Toxic Fumes. The following statutes of the state of
Washington are adopted by reference:
RCW 9.47A.010 Definition
RCW 9.47A.020 Unlawful inhalation Exception
RCW 9.47A.030 Possession of certain substances prohibited,
when
RCW 9.47A.040 Sale of certain substances prohibited, when
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
five days after publication of the attached Summary which is hereby approved.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
REVISING CHAPTER 8.07.030 OF THE TUKWILA MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO INHALING TOXIC FUMES, TO RENUMBER
THE CRIMINAL CODE PROVISIONS THEREIN.
On l9 1988, the City Council of the City of Tukwila passed
Ordinance No. /,1 95 which provides as follows: for the revision and
renumbering of Chapter 8.07.030 of the Tukwila Municipal Code relating to
inhaling toxic fumes; and effective date.
