HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 1445 - 1988 Green Fees for Foster Golf Course (Repealed by Ord 1542) 1906 CITY OF T UKW ILA WASHINGTON B UU i ORDINANCE NO. 14T S J AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING GREENS FEES CHARGED AT FOSTER GOLF LINKS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 1312. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Effective 12:01 a.m., April 1, 1988, the following greens fees are established for play at the City's Foster Golf Links. NON RESIDENTIAL FEES: 7.00 9 Holes $10.00 18 Holes 5.00 9 Holes, Weekdays for Juniors (17 or younger) and Seniors (62 or older) 7.00 18 Holes, Weekdays for Juniors and Seniors RESIDENTIAL FEES: 5.50 9 Holes 8.00 18 Holes 4.00 9 Holes, Weekdays for Juniors (17 or younger) and Seniors (62 or older) 5.00 18 Holes, Weekdays for Juniors and Seniors Section 2. In order to be eligible for Residential Fees, the indivi- dual must present identification to prove they reside within the City Limits of Tukwila. Eligibility cards will be issued to qualifying individuals by the City Clerk's Office covering a period from January 1 to December 31 for each year. Cards may only be used by the individual resident during the year issued. Section 3. An "Extra Hole" fee shall be charged when a player desires to play an additional 9 holes after the first 9 hole fee has been paid. The amount of the Extra Hole fee shall be the difference between the 9 hole and 18 hole fee for the particular player. Section 4. All greens fees as established by this ordinance include State Sales Tax within the stated amount. Section 5. Ordinance Number 1312 is hereby repealed.
