ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE 1987 BUDGET ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 1414 OF THE CITY, PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON
DECEMBER 15, 1986, AND AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO.1420
ON April 6, 1987 TO APPROPRIATE REVENUES AND
EXPENDITURES TO FUND THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF TUKWILA AND KING COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
NO. 1, AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of the 1987 budget, the contract
between the City and King County Fire Protection District No. 1 was not
included, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it desirable to appropriate revenues
from the "District" and appropriate expenditures to fund activities in the
"District" for the remainder of 1987,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following line items in the 1987 budget, as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1414, passed by the City Council on December 15, 1986, and amended
by Ordinance No. 1420 on 4/6/87 are hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 2. Ordinance No. 1414, passed by the City Council on Decem-
ber 15, 1986, and amended by Ordinance No. 1420 on April 6, 1987 is
hereby amended by revising the summary of totals of estimated revenues and
appropriations for each separate fund and the aggregate total of all such funds
combined incorporated in said ordinance to reflect the foregoing increases in
revenues and appropriations as set forth in Section 1 of this ordinance.

Section 3. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and instructed to
effectuate the necessary changes to the 1987 budget and to make all necessary
and appropriate line item entries and adjustments in order to reflect the in-
creases to revenues and appropriations as set forth in this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5)
days after passage and publication as provided by law.
