ORDINANCE NO. V
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF
FUNDS TO COVER SALARY INCREASES FOR THE FIRE
FIGHTERS, RETROACTIVE PAY FOR THE BUILDING
DIRECTOR, CORRECT AN ERROR IN TRANSFER OF
FUNDS IN ORDINANCE #974 AND AMEND BUDGET
ORDINANCE #957.
WHEREAS, The terms of the labor contract agreement negotiated
with the Tukwila Fire Fighter's Union were accepted by Resolution #542 dated
June 7, 1976, and
WHEREAS, The former Building Director received retroactive
pay for the months of January and February, and
WHEREAS, A transfer into the Water and Sewer Funds was made
in error in Ordinance #974,
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington do ordain as follows:
Section 1. The 1976 Annual Budget of the City of Tukwila
as adopted by Ordinance #957 is amended to include transfers of appropriations
between the following accounts:
TRANSFER FROM ACCOUNTS:
009/519.90.42 $32,666.48
401/534.30 4,973.00
402/534.40 3,383.52
TOTAL $41,023.00
TRANSFER TO ACCOUNTS
008/538.10.11 260.00
011/522.38''.11 33,034.00

Section 2. The 1976 Annual Budget of the City of Tukwila
as adopted by Ordinance #957 is amended to include adjustments to revenue
as follows:
Transfer from 401/534.30 4,973.00
402/534.40 3,383.52
Transfer to 000/369.30 8,356.52

at a regular meeting thereof, this 21s day of June 1976.
