All doors, including exits shall be identified per OSHA, Section 1910.37(q). (Exit signs shall have letters 6 inches high) 2. Per UFC Sec. 10.104(b), "All doors in or leading to exits shall be maintained.openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort at all times when the build- ing or area served thereby is occupied ". (Includes outside door) Fire extinguisher type, quantity and placement shall be per NFPA #10. All interior finish material shall conform to Chapt. 42 of the UBC for flame- spread ratings. The suspended ceiling shall be one -hour rated, (U.L. approved). The:alternative to this require- ment is to provide full sprinkler protection for the above - ceiling area.
