Dear Barney:
In reviewing the above mentioned project plans, please note
the following items:
1. Sprinkler system modifications must follow
original design hydraulics of .39 G.P.M./
5600 sq. ft.
. Hose station(s) must be added to satisfy the
requirements of City Ordinance #730.
Fire extinguishers shall be provided per
NFPA #10, as a minimum requirement.
Two items concerning this building have been
agreed to, but never implemented. These are:
(a) A fire -lane behind the building was require
and agreed to on the original plans review.
(b) Sprinkler valves must be provided with
electronic or mechanical "Tamper” protection.
:.Please do not issue a building and /or occupancy permit until
these .items are implemented.
Please include these .comments in your review of the above
mentioned project.
