We are enclosing a State Flood Control Zone application
and plane submitted to this office by Mr Harold T
for the construction of a warehouse ini ec oni Township
23 North, Range 4 East, W.M.
We have reviewed . the proposed construction and found it com-
patible with your State Flood Control regulations. Therefore,
we recommend approval of the application and issuance of a
State Flood Control'rpermit, However, the floor elevation of
the proposed warehouse is approximately 20 feet below the
maximum controlled water surface for the Green River in this
area and is therefore subject to inundation. The warehouse
cannot be used for human habitation unless adequately flood-
proofed in the future.
