Facilities should be implemented for the storage and handling of flammable liquids such as gasoline, paints, thinners, etc. This should be constructed as a flammable liquid storage room per requirements of Section 15.404 of the Uniform Fire Code. Sprinkler system design for rooms 110, 111, 112, 114 and the flammable liquid storage room should be for "Extra Hazard" protection. Spray paint booths must be U.L. Approved or , composed' .of'U.L. (a) Floors and Walls. In other than dwelling units, toilet room floors shall have a smooth, hard, nonabsorbent surface such as portland cement, concrete, ceramic tile or other approved material which extends upward onto the walls at least 5 inches.
