WASTE MANAGEMENT
ACCEPTED ITEMS - YES
Large Appliances, Furniture, Mattresses and Box Springs - By Appointment Only
Appliances are limited to one of each type per household including: Refrigerator, freezer, stove,
washer, dishwasher, dryer, hot water tank, furnace (all fluids must be drained). For safety
concerns, you must remove the door from all appliances to prevent children from entering.
Furniture (no sofa beds), mattresses and box springs will be collected by appointment only.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse an item not listed or too large to handle. Please call Waste
Management by June 21 to schedule collection of your large items, 1- 800 - 592 -9995.
Small items must be placed in bags or boxes for collection - No Appointment Necessary
All items must be less than 3 ft. by 3 ft. and weigh less than 65 lbs.
• Carpet and carpet pad
(3 ft. x 3 ft. sections)
• Broken toys, bikes, skateboards
• Push -style mowers (empty fluids)
• Broken dishes, pots, pans
• Small broken kitchen appliances
• Lawn chairs, umbrellas
• BBQ grills (empty fluids)
• Foam packaging blocks
• Toilets (separate tank)
• Window frames and mirrors
• Tools, garden equipment, flower pots
• Passenger tires (4 max.)
ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED - NO
The following items will not be collected as part of the curbside clean up.
• Bags and boxes larger than
3 ft. x 3 ft. and greater than 65 lbs.
• Electronic waste (TV's, computers,
monitors, keyboards, towers, printers,
copiers, stereos, radios or cell phones.)
• Mercury- containing products (thermostats,
thermometers, fluorescent light bulbs,
mercury -added batteries or switches)
• Construction waste (concrete, asphalt, dry
wall, masonry, roofing, siding, insulation,
structural metal, brush, sand, rocks, dirt,
doors, flooring, wood)
• Automotive waste (fluids, batteries, body
parts, batteries, or motor oil)
• Household garbage
• Household hazardous waste

CURBSIDE LOAD ZONE
Here's how it works
Single- family households must place their
items at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on Saturday,
June 29. Please have all material bagged,
bundled or boxed. Appliances, furniture
and large items will only be accepted if
collection has been scheduled by June 21.
We will make one pass only along each
street to load items and haul them away.
What if my items were not picked up on
my scheduled collection day?
• Check to see if the driver left an 'Oops'
tag. If there is a tag, it will inform you of
why a specific item was not collected.
• If there is no 'Oops' tag and your items
have not been collected by 7:00pm, call
Waste Management by noon on
Monday, July 1 to schedule collection of
any missed items.
