ORDINANCE NO. 974 7/
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF BUDGET ORDINANCE 957
BY REFERENCE, TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN AND
BETWEEN BUDGETED FUNDS TO ACCOMODATE FINANCIAL CONTRACT
COMPLIANCE AS SET FORTH IN RESOLUTIONS NUMBERED 508, 531,
AND 539, AND OTHER FINANCIAL ADJUSTMENTS DEEMED NECESSARY
FOR THE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE
CITY OF TUKWILA.
WHEREAS, The City Council, by adoption of Resolutions
numbered 508, 531, and 539 finds that transfers within and between
budgeted funds is necessary to accomodate financial compliance, and,
WHEREAS, The City Council finds other financial adjustments
are deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the government of
the City of Tukwila, and,
WHEREAS, These financial adjustments are set forth individually
and in total in Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of budget ordinance #957, as
amended by ordinance #970 and #971, shall be further amended to read
as follows:
